I have always been a consumer who is skeptical when it comes
to buying a car from a parallel importer. This might be due to
all the negative reports that have been published in the past
years. However, I have to admit that my experience has totally
changed after my dealing with Hubbard Koh, one of the Sales
Consultants in PI Motor.

|
|
His enthusiasms, his attentiveness to details, his frankness
and professional attitude and service has convinced me to pen
down a deal with PI Motor. I am really happy to have such a
positive experience with my first dealing with a parallel
importer (in fact, better than some of the so called Sales
Consultant from some reputable authorised distributors in
the industry). This has further enhanced my belief when I
finally received my Toyota Allion from Hubbard in a few
weeks time.

I am sure that going forward, this will not be the last
time that I will be dealing with parallel importer. Although
a company's reputation and after-sale service are some of
the key factors that I will consider for my future purchase
but eventually it is the people that is the key to the
success of the company.

I am glad to have known Hubbard with my first dealing with
PI Motor. Keep up the good work and Happy Lunar New Year.

PS: I am very satisfied with my Allion after driving it
for the past couple of weeks. The car is one of the best
in its category.
