| I had never thought that parallel importers were reliable in delivering a car as promised to customers, till my recent purchase of Toyota Allion from Pro-Import Motor Pte Ltd. From viewing at a roadshow to the collection of my car, everything went smoothly without any hiccup. |

| My family first met Eunice in one of the Pro-Import roadshows and found her services commendable. That was several months back when the price of that car wasn't that attractive enough. Nonetheless, she impressed us with her technical knowledge of the specifications and features of the car that we like. We didn't commit then, but kept in view of the products by Pro-Import Motor. |

| Since then, we've been to many other roadshows which showcased Toyota Allion. All of which were parallel importers, of course, but none came close to a deal such as that offered by Pro-Import Motor. As the timing would call for it, Pro-Import Motor had another roadshow again and we happened to be around for a quick visit to "check it out". This time we were served by Hubbard Koh. |

| The "freebies" offered by Hubbard and Pro-Import were more than what I would ask for. Hubbard was also meticulous in explaining the sales details, including the high COE rebate which was unheard of even among the main authorised dealers (being an owner of two cars previously bought from such dealers, I know).
The services rendered by Hubbard was no less than Eunice and together they have changed our perception of parallel importers. Their services were only as good if they deliver as promised, I thought. True to their word, delivery of all the freebies, features and specifications, even the COE rebate (yes high COE
rebate as promised) which was offset from my final payment, and the sales and purchase agreement went without a hitch. Just to quote an example, from the date of COE bidding to collection of car, they promised delivery within a month but it took less than a week, and the car was delivered in the condition as promised,
no less. Such was our good experience with Pro-Import Motor. |

| I would highly recommend that anyone so desire to purchase a car to consider Pro-Import Motor. It is their services, their reliability more than anything else, that place them far above all other parallel importers in my option list. |
