| I would like to thank you and your staff at Pro Import Motor for the excellent service rendered during and after purchasing my Honda Airwave. |

| The ST model that I ordered had only recently been launched and many PIs that I had visited prior were clueless about it. However, it was breeze getting it from you. Although I requested for additional options such as HID, skyroof etc, you were very patient and delivered on all your promises. |

| I must admit that as this is my first time purchasing a car from a PI, it was an uneasy experience at first as I have heard of many "horror" stories from various sources of botched deliveries by other PIs. I was pleasantly surprised when one of your managers even helped me to register for a particular series of vehicle registration numbers. |

| Lastly, although I had ordered a CNG Airwave from you initially, I was able to change my order to a normal car after changing my mind due to fluctuations in CNG prices etc. |
